Our bistro offers two healthy lunch menus every day. Our culinary offerings include a meat-based and a vegetarian menu, as well as a salad buffet and a soup of the day.

Delicious snacks, tempting cakes, and coffee for in between meals!
We offer coffee, tea, various beverages, snacks, and small dishes such as a variety of sandwiches, croissants, toast, soups, tarte flambée, and more.
Restaurant concept josef
Inspired by the name of the Parkhotel founder, Josef Brunauer, the restaurant concept “josef” already spoiled its guests with regional and tasty cuisine as an open-air pop-up.
In April 2025, “josef” found its permanent home in Science City Itzling. With our bistro and buffet concept, we provide a relaxed lunch break in a modern and cozy atmosphere in the heart of Salzburg with a balanced and regional lunch.
